Refund & Return Policy

At Elm & Essence, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-use items may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at support@elmandessence.store with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at elmandessenseco@gmail.com.

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed and shipped.
